Note: At Light + Form Studio, we focus on elevating spaces with discreet, high-performance, architectural lighting solutions that blend seamlessly into the design. This basic architectural lighting study does not include the specification of decorative fixtures like lamps, wall sconces, or chandeliers, but we do ensure they’re thoughtfully incorporated by recommending placement in our drawings. Most clients work with an interior designer or lighting showroom to choose these decorative elements.

Our preliminary renovation + fit-out service includes a site visit, existing conditions report, a comprehensive discussion of your goals, and potential solutions for the space. Renovation + Fit-Out studies have the option to be a stand-alone service or can be included as the first phase of an integrated plan.

Although our design packages typically do not include the specification of decorative fixtures like lamps, wall sconces, or chandeliers, we do offer select decorative lighting services on a case-by-case basis. This is always offered as an hourly rate and can be added to any package or as an a la carte service as our availability allows.

Grace is LEED AP BD+C certified and can review documentation supporting lighting specific IAQ & SS Credits for projects pursuing LEED certification at any tier.
